Welcome to Season 10!

Here we go everybody! Season 10 is about to begin with 10 players going for all of the glory that comes with being Champion. Reigning Swami Holly Stewart wears the crown and presides over all of the Swami Class of 2016-17, with 6 returning veterans and 4 rookies in picking each and every game of the season.  Ready for some football?  The season gets underway this Thursday night in Denver with the Super Bowl rematch Panthers at Broncos.

As of Tuesday morning, and being the first week, we do not have solidified odds on most games.  Full grid and spreads should be available tonight or Wednesday AM, so keep posted!  Pick sheets will be delivered to all players on Wednesday as well.  For the Thursday game, the Panthers are 3.5 point favorites against the Broncos who open at home as they raise their World Championship banner in front of Cam Newton.  Ooh baby!  Who will be taking the points? (Not me!)

I’d like to thank and welcome all rookies Joe S, Andy, Maureen, and Wayne to the league and hope you all enjoy a fun year ahead.  A note to all rookies: First-year players have taken the trophy home twice (!), so your chances are as good as anyone’s.  Bring it on!
