Here we are! This week we begin picking our weekly “Lock”, which means you choose 1 team that you feel is guaranteed to win their game straight-up without spreads.  This is an “extra game” on the board that annually begins the first bye-week of the season and continues on to the end of the regular season.

Here’s the minor catch:  Win or lose, you can only choose a team ONCE for the remainder of the season.  That’s right–no picking the hot team multiple times. However, you can certainly pick against a team that stinks up the place on a week-to-week basis (i.e. picking any team that plays Cleveland, Jacksonville, etc.).  You can check your past weekly Locks to recall if you’ve chosen a team before on the Lockbox page: swamileague.football/lockbox
